Pickup Options
You are welcome to pick-up
your online order from our physical store during open hours (
please
note that if one or more items in your order has no stock at our store (only
stock at supplier), it may take 2 working days to transfer the product to our shop
for pickup.
Tip: Order#, formal ID or Proof of payment will be required if payment was made
online.
Dropship Options
If the product you like to order is only available at our supplier's warehouse.
It will be ready to ship once payment is confirmed. Same shipping charge and
delivery timeframe
will apply as to send it from our warehouse.
Out of stock items
If the product is out of stock both at our store and at our supplier, we cannot
guarantee the availability and the price of the next shipment. However, if you email
us and we will notify you as the product becomes available.
